CHF 30 per day. Due to size constraints cots are not available in all rooms.
Meals
Our Hotel only provides breakfast. For dinner, make sure not to miss the special offer for a 3 course menu at our partner restaurants.
Check-in
2:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m.
In case of late arrival, kindly let us know so that we can send you instructions for self-check-in.
Check-out
until 11 a. m. In case of later departure from Zermatt you may deposit your luggage with us in the hotel.

In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the room will be charged according to the original booking if it cannot be re-booked. Our recommendation: travel cancellation insurance to avoid costs in the event of cancellation.
Individual Bookings:
- Free cancellation 15 days prior to the date of arrival.
- 14–8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the reservation arrangement
- 7–0 days prior to arrival: 100% of the reservation arrangement
Group Bookings:
For group bookings we require 20% deposit at the time of the booking. The remaining 80% is payable 2 weeks before the check-in date.
- Free cancellation 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
- 29–14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the reservation arrangement
- 13–0 days prior to arrival: 100% of the reservation arrangement
